Shipping Policy

1. USA Only

Python Labs ships exclusively within the United States. We do not ship internationally.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day after payment is confirmed. Orders placed with payment confirmed before 4:00 PM ET ship same day.

3. Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is $19.99 on all orders. Orders totaling $250 or more qualify for free shipping, automatically applied at checkout.

4. Delivery Time

Domestic delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping options may be available — contact us for details.

5. Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can also track your order at any time by visiting My Orders and entering your email address.

6. Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no company branding on the exterior. Billing descriptions are also discreet.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Python Labs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
