Refund Policy

1. No Returns on Opened Products
Due to the nature of research compounds, we cannot accept returns on any opened or used products. All sales are final once a product has been opened.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at pythonlabsupport@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work to resolve it promptly through a replacement or store credit.
3. Lost Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 5 business days. We will investigate with the carrier and work toward a resolution.
4. Cancelled Orders
Orders that are cancelled before shipment may be eligible for a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled after 24 hours with no charge.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase (CashApp, Zelle, USDT, or Bitcoin) within 5 business days of approval.
